Concord Retreat is here to Serve You! The Concord Lodge is a 10,000 square foot building that is the hub of our retreat campus. One of the main things Concord is known for is our amazing food. We get constant praise from our guests – that “your food is nothing like the camp food I was
expecting”. We start with fresh ingredients and our trained staff, add some tender-loving care and consistent customer service to create an wonderful “Menu” that YOU select from.
Concord is different than most retreat facilities because we let you pick the meals that you want us to serve. Also, the Concord Lodge has four different dining rooms that can accommodate groups of various sizes to give your group time to focus building relationships as you share a meal.
Our meeting rooms are very flexible. Some groups use one of the large rooms in their houses, others use our main meeting room with a stage, chairs and various lighting options, and others use one of our outdoor seating areas. We also have a Board Room for smaller groups. You tell us your schedule and where you want to meet and then we work to have it all set up the way you desire.
The game room is a very popular place for ping-pong, bumper pool, foosball, board games or billiards. It has a working fireplace to add some charm and is conveniently located below the main meeting area, which helps to keep folks entertained while last minute details are being set up.
Next to the Lodge, we have our historic Concord General Store that was built in the 1870s and served as the post office and country store for the “Town” of Concord, WV. We also have our Hillside Amphitheater which many groups use for concerts, skits and a place to give talks.
